o2h ventures limited backed company AI VIVO identifies drugs for Covid-19 through its AI driven platform - o2h Ventures

AI VIVO is a Cambridge based systems pharmacology company which specialises in a powerful phenotypic approach to drug discovery that still works when little is known about disease specific targets.

They developed an AI driven phenotypic model for COVID-19. Interestingly this highlighted several drugs which have previously been identified as potential treatments for the virus, as well as a number of other drugs that have been approved for other indications, as well as some combination proposals which could increase the effectiveness.

In addition other compounds have been identified that could be helpful to treat the disease.

5 – The value of your investment can be reduced

• The percentage of the business that you own will decrease if the business issues more shares. This could mean that the value of your investment reduces, depending on how much the business grows. Most start-up businesses issue multiple rounds of shares.

• These new shares could have addition rights that your shares don’t have, such as the right to receive a fixed dividend, which could further reduce your chances of getting a return on your investment.
